The Data Controller is InfoConsulting Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw 00-131, ul. Grzybowska 2/36. The data are collected for the purposes of recruitment. You have the right to access your data and to correct them. Provision of data in the scope set forth by provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labor Code and implementing acts is mandatory. Provision of additional personal data is voluntary.

Your personal data indicated in the Labor Code or in other specific acts (according to the requirements of the job offer) are processed by us by virtue of the law and their provision is necessary for participation in the recruitment process. We process other personal data (e.g. image) by virtue of your voluntary consent which you expressed by sending us your recruitment submission, and provision of such additional data has no impact on eligibility to participate in the recruitment process.
We may process your personal data contained in the recruitment submission also in order to determine, enforce of defend claims, if such claims are related to the recruitment process conducted by us. To this end, we will process your personal data by virtue of our legitimate interest consisting in determination, enforcement or defense of claims in proceedings before the courts or state authorities.
You have the right to access your data, including to obtain a copy, rectify data, request deletion of data or restriction of processing, file an objection against processing and request transfer of the provided data (to the processing of which you consented) to another data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with The President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing that had been performed by virtue of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
We process your personal data for the purpose of conduct of recruitment for the position indicated in the job offer for a period of 4 months running from submission of the recruitment application, and in the event of your consent to participate in future recruitments for a period of 8 months running from submission of the recruitment application.
We may refer your personal data to providers of job offers publication services, suppliers of recruitment management systems, providers of IT services such as hosting and suppliers of information systems.
